In November 30, 2004, The Wall Street Journal along with Oasys Mobile developed a technology that enabled customers to access content from Wall Street Journal Online through their mobile phone. This will provide uptodate business and financial news from the Online Journal, along with comprehensive market, stock and commodities data, plus personalized portfolio information directly to the cell phone.

At The Wall Street Journal, the customer can cancel the subscription at any time. The Wall Street Journal accepts cancellation requests by phone and US mail. To cancel the account by phone, call 1-800-568-7625. The Wall Steet Journal's working hours are Monday through Friday, 7am - 10pm Eastern Standard Time. The cusotmer can also cancel subcription by mail also. Just send the request for cancellation to: Customer Relations Department, The Wall Street Journal, 200 Burnett Road, Chicopee, MA 01020.

For cancellation to become effective, it requires a few days. Therefore, if the customer receives any invoices after the cancellation, please disregard them.
